MEET THE TEAM
WHAT A HANDSOME BUNCH
... SAID NO ONE EVER
Hey, we might not be the best looking people in the world but you wont find many people who work as hard as our team here at the 38th Woolwich.
Our ages span from the teenage years to the retirement years but we are all young at heart when it comes to Scouting, and are always looking for new and amazing adventures for our Young People.
OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
The front line men & women that ensure safety, fun, & adventure in everything we do.
They are courageous, they are clever, they function purely on tea and biscuits, and most importantly they are the valued volunteers that make Scouting possible.
Karen Dibben
Group Scout Leader

The Bossy One! Our GSL keeps the entire group running smoothly. She looks after all of the Leaders, payments, communications, and is the best camp chef ever

Stuart Cunningham
Scout Leader
The Cheeky One! This guy resides over the Scouts, keeping them full of enthusiasm using a witty combination of sarcasm and humour. He also helps as AGSL, Quartermaster & Group First Aider.

Hector Allen
Cub Leader
The Camo One! You will rarely see this guy out of camouflage gear. Despite this, he is still the worst player of hide & seek ever. He has recently stepped up to the role of Akela

Michelle Batchelor
Beaver Leader
The Short One. Not much taller than the Beavers, Michelle throws herself in to each session with just as much energy as the Beavers themselves. Never a dull moment with her around

Lucy Bennett
Assistant Scout Leader
The Loud One! Once you get her going she never stops talking, a fantastic quality in a Leader. As a long time Scouter, she has recently stepped up to help as an ASL when she is not away at university

Rebecca Pearce
Assistant Scout Leader
The Knotted One! Rebecca is an accomplished Scouter through and through, specialising in ropework and the entertaining arts. She never fails to be heard no matter how loud the Scouts are!
